Terms of Use for Stillwort

Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Deutsche Fassung

This is an English translation of our German terms of use (Nutzungsbedingungen). In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

Provider and service

Stillwort is provided by Real Movement Analytics GmbH (see legal notice). The app offers quotes as well as selected in-depth texts and audio. The basic features are free; content marked as Premium requires a corresponding entitlement. The details shown in the app and in the confirmation dialog of the respective store (App Store or Google Play) are decisive for any specific purchase offer.

Prices and purchase

Before a purchase, the respective store (App Store or Google Play) shows the applicable price, the duration and, where applicable, the terms of a free trial or introductory offer. A purchase is only made after you confirm it in the store. This website does not accept payments. Purchases via the App Store are additionally subject to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

A subscription renews according to the terms shown before the purchase unless it is cancelled in time in the respective store (on iPhone in your Apple Account settings under “Subscriptions”, on Android in Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Once a subscription has renewed after its first term, it continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of no more than one month (Section 309 no. 9 German Civil Code, BGB). If the store's subscription management does not offer this, write to us at [email protected]. A one-time purchase does not involve any automatic recurring payment. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Management and restoring purchases

You can manage purchases and subscriptions in the App Store, in Google Play or via the purchase management in the app settings. Restoring a purchase generally requires the store account used for the purchase. If you have any problems, contact us at [email protected].

Use of the content

You may use the features provided, including the share function offered. Rights to public-domain originals remain unaffected; translations, editorial texts, images and audio may be subject to separate rights. Using the app does not grant a general permission to commercially exploit the service as a whole.

Statutory rights

These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights, in particular warranty and withdrawal rights. Whether and under which conditions a right of withdrawal for digital content expires depends on the statutory requirements and on the declarations made during the specific purchase. Information on withdrawal and refunds can be found in the purchase process of the respective store (App Store or Google Play).
